Practical Information

The School Office

The office is open daily from 9.30 -14.30.
School visits are by appointment only.

Breaks

There is a short break from 9.45 to 10.00.

Lunch break is from 11.30 to 12.15.

 

There is a short break from 13.45 to 14.00 (14.00-14.15 Monday and Friday) for the students who have late lessons. 

All students are expected to bring a healthy packed lunch everyday. 

 

Valuables and mobile phones 

Mobile phones must be handed in to the office on arrival at school.

Other valuable items or money should also be taken to the office for security.

Absence due to illness

We ask parents to record their child’s absences and late arrivals in the "Contact Book"  on Intra

 

All other absences

Absence from school outside the school holidays can only be granted if the parents have permission from the Principal.

 

Transport 

Public Transport to the school is good, as the school is close to Ryparken S-train station and Lyngbyvej which has many train and bus connections.
